1. On May 24, 2018, at around 00:30 on May 24, 2018, the Defendant illegally used a motor vehicle: (a) drive the Defendant’s voice-gun B apartment in Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) went to the Defendant’s home owned by the victim D, EK5 motor vehicle, which is the Defendant’s corporate partner; (c) was in mind at the time of returning to the company at the time of returning to the company; and (d) the victim D, with the above knife of the other victim; and (c) was driven by driving the motor vehicle on the said 5 motor vehicle parked in the apartment parking lot,

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On May 24, 2018, at around 02:58, the Defendant driven the E-5 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.236% without a vehicle driver’s license, from the front of the said B apartment parking lot to the road front of the 60km road between Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeongcheon-do Highway, which is located in the Cheongcheon-gun of the said B apartment parking lot, to the 30km road in front of the 60km.

B. On May 24, 2018, at around 04:40, the Defendant driven the said E-5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content 0.126% without a car driver’s license, from the G road located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, to the ship located in the 133rd-ro eth-ro ethmp, in a distance of approximately 25km from the G road located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.

3. Around 06:30 on August 28, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a vehicle from the section of about 20 km from the first week to the J apartment near Pyeongtaek-si, Ansan-si, without obtaining a driver’s license.
