Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving CK5 cars.

1. On December 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), while under the influence of alcohol of 00:30% of blood alcohol content, the Defendant driven the said car and driven it at a 0.087% at a three-lane 7 national map of approximately 500 meters at a 500-meter regional map at a two-lane radius from the galsided intersection in Ulsan-do, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.
