Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From 2004 to 2004, the above political party of the C Party has changed its name several times before and after 2004, but the process of such change is omitted.

A member is a member, D is a person who was selected as a candidate for F Cparty in the election of members of the Pyeongtaek-si E-election City of the local basic council implemented on April 29, 2015.

According to the Public Official Election Act, no one, other than a candidate, his/her spouse, election campaign manager, chief of the election campaign liaison office, election campaign worker, assistant accompanying a candidate, and accountant in charge, shall carry out an election campaign using shoulder belts, hats, labels, labels, flag, macrates, props, and other marks during the election campaign period.

1. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign by putting D candidate’s leaflet which was manufactured with a size of a paper A4 for the purpose of getting D to be elected from the above election in his/her hand in his/her hand.

2. On April 24, 2015, at around 18:44, the Defendant: (a) made a symbol F by making D with fingers for the purpose of having D elected from the above election at the L community center located in Pyeongtaek-si J [Road Address Pyeongtaek-si]; and (b) carried out an election campaign by putting D’s leaflet for the election of a candidate manufactured in a size A4 paper on one hand; (c) took personnel affairs against the players and vehicles, etc., and complaining for support from D’s candidates.

3. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign in the manner described in paragraph (2) for the purpose of getting D to be elected in the above election, before the L community service center as described in paragraph (2).
