Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a DNA election campaign worker who has fallen as a candidate for the Daegu District Party B in the 21st election of National Assembly members.

1. No one who violates the Public Official Election Act due to a violation of restrictions, such as the subject of election campaigns, shall allow any minor who is unable to engage in an election campaign;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 08:00 on April 4, 2020, ordered D candidate’s election office located on the third floor of the building in Daegu-gu E-gu, Daegu-gu, 2020, F (11) who is the Defendant, to wear the name and cap on which the candidate’s name and symbol are indicated, and to hold D and G with other election campaign workers, and to hold D and G as a unit, and at around 11:30-12:00 on the same day, the Defendant carried out an election campaign by having D candidate’s name and C party’s secret.

As a result, the defendant had a minor who is unable to carry out an election campaign do an election campaign.

2. No one who violates the Public Official Election Act due to the violation of restrictions on wearing shoulder belts shall carry out an election campaign using shoulder belts, caps or clothes in the same shape and color, labels, signalling flags, props, and other marks during the election campaign period, except for a candidate, his/her spouse, election campaign manager, chief of the election campaign liaison office, election campaign worker, assistant accompanying a candidate, and accountant in charge;

Nevertheless, the defendant instigated F (11 years of age) of son who is a criminal minor, and election campaign period from April 2, 2020, as described in paragraph (1).

4. 14. D Shall carry out an election campaign after wearing a cap or cap for D election campaign.
