Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a child-care center under the trade name of Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D 1201 Dong 106, Dong-gu 106, and no person shall receive a subsidy or use a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.
1. On December 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) registered in the Integrated Child Care Information System for the total period of 13 days from December 1, 201; (b) filed a false claim for KRW 361,00; and (c) 75,000,00 in total of KRW 361,00,00,00 with the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Office for basic infant care fees, and KRW 75,000,00,000, in an unlawful manner; and (b) received the said subsidies for the total period of 13 days from the same month to the 22th day of the same month; and (c) from the 26th day to the 28th day of the same month.
2. The Defendant was falsely registered in the childcare integrated information system for four days in total from December 20, 201 and from December 26, 201 to December 28, 201, and received the above subsidies by falsely claiming KRW 175,110 to the Incheonnam-gu Office for Infant Care in a false manner, as if G did not want to have completed the registration, even though G did not want to do so.
3. On January 2, 2012, the Defendant was granted subsidies by falsely claiming KRW 361,00,00, total childcare fees of KRW 394,00,00, and KRW 75,00,00, in a false manner, as if the Defendant did not wish to complete the childcare center for the total period of 13 days from the same month to the 13th day from the same month, and the total of 13 days from the 25th day of the same month, and as if he did not want to complete the childcare center, the Defendant was granted the said subsidies by unlawful means.
4. On January 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) falsely registered the childcare integrated information system as if he/she did not wish to do so for the total 10 days from January 3, 2012; (b) on the same month; (c) from November 11 to 13; and (d) on the 25th day of the same month; and (c) registered falsely in the childcare integrated information system; and (d) registered 160,440 won as basic childcare fees; and (e) registered 394,000 won with the Incheon Southern-gu Office around January 2012, 554.
