Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is a resident using a road in front of the house of the victim B, has a dispute with the victim by installing a container on the road on the ground that the victim’s vehicle traveling along the front of his house is dangerous as soon as possible.

At around 13:10 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim’s house located in Gangwon-gun C, the Defendant: (b) demanded the victim to stop the victim’s vehicle in front of the Dratty drive in order to set up a large stone in the roadside for the victim’s capital field; and (c) the Defendant demanded the victim to set off the vehicle in front of the Dratty for the Dratty, which was driven by the Defendant, and proceeded in the future with the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object, about 1m and 40m high.

On August 29, 2019, at around 08:30 on August 29, 2019, the Defendant general traffic obstruction: (a) 1m80cm high and 4m 25m cm high and 4m cm high and 25m cm high (construction of bricks on both sides of the road, fixing it into cement, correcting it with locks) on non- packing farming roads with a width of 2m 60cm located in Gangwon-gun F, which is owned by the Defendant’s deceptive E; and (b) G installed steel fences with a width of 1m80cm high and 4m 25m cm high, on the ground that inconvenience arises in the Defendant’s passage.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with traffic.
