Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) laid a new wall of a cream (70cm in width; 20cm in height; 11cm in length; 60cm in length) from the existing Defendant’s house to the outside of the length where the joint wall of the existing Defendant was attached, on the grounds that the joint wall of the Defendant’s house is narrow on the alley m (breadth 30cm in width); (b) around 1, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the land used by the general public.
