The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2014, the Defendant used the access road (three meters in width) of the Defendant’s house (three meters in front of the house) of the Defendant’s house located in Seopopopo City, Seopopo City on the date of October 2014, and even before about forty (40) years ago, the victim D (59 years of age) used it as the access road for the purpose of fast farming of Hanpoon, but approximately thirty-five meters in total length of the access road is about ninety (90 meters in width) and approximately thirty-five meters in width in width of the access road, on the ground that it is owned by the Defendant, thereby obstructing the Victim’s car traffic by force, making it difficult to pass through the vehicle difficult, thereby interfering with the Victim’s Hanpoon farming business.
