A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on April 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 112-ro 64 Korean official shooting distance in the Hanju-si, Hanju-si; (b) 112-ro Do-ro Do-dong, Hanju-si; and (c) Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the duty of 112 report by police officers.
