Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of each of the above penalties for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

2. On May 2016, Defendant B transferred 4 games as set forth in paragraph (1) from Habman A to Habman, and provided the use of an unspecified number of customers who found the place from around that time to June 8, 2016.

As a result, the defendant runs the business of providing unregistered youth games.

Defendant A, “2016 Highest 3169,” without registering a juvenile game providing business to the competent authority, and from June 2016 to July 1, 2016, Defendant A, who installed a game machine for “Araidine” in the front of the “J cafeteria” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to provide a large number of unspecified customers who found the game room.

As a result, the defendant runs the business of providing unregistered youth games.

1. The Defendant did not register the juvenile game providing business with the competent authority, and from July 15, 2016 to August 1, 2016, Defendant A, who was classified as the “L” restaurant in front of the restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for one game machine for “Araidine”, and from July 201 to August 5, 2016, Defendant A, who was rated as the “L” restaurant in front of the restaurant located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
