A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[The facts charged in the juvenile game industry, which is classified as class 2018 high group 1741 and 1741 (hereinafter “1741”), are “general game manufacturing industry” but, according to Article 2 subparag. 6-2(a) of the Game Industry Promotion Act (hereinafter “Game Industry Act”), the business of installing game products and providing them for public use among the game products classified as class 2-2(a) is “Juvenile Game Industry.”

For the same reason, Article 26(1) of the law applicable to the following provisions shall also be corrected to Article 26(2).

It is not likely that such correction would hinder the exercise of the defendant's right to defense without any changes in the indictment.

Any person who intends to conduct the business shall be equipped with certain facilities and shall register it with the head of the competent government office.
