Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2015, around 10:40, the Defendant: (a) engaged in rescue activities against passengers on the subway platform of subway No. 3 in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, at the subway Station D; (b) was controlled from the victim E (42 tax) and F (35 tax) who is a subway security officer; and (c) while the subway users reported, the Defendant: (a) caused the victims to “any other animals, flick; (b) flicks; and (c) flicks.
