Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that 14 members of the Gayang-dong community service center consisting of approximately 14 members of the Gayang-dong community service center in Ysan-si were “C,” thereby impairing the honor of the victim C by openly pointing out false facts.
Summary of Evidence
1. Application of the respective legal statements of witnesses C, D and E to the Acts and subordinate statutes;
1. Relevant provisions of the Criminal Act and Article 307 (2) of the Criminal Act concerning the selection of penalties;
1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
