The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Indictment

1. Defamation;

A. On March 18, 2013, around 09:00, the Defendant called “C is a false person, and is a bad person,” thereby damaging the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts to the victim E, who is an employee.

B. At around 08:00 on April 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) called “C is a fraud change; and (b) damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts from the company to the F, an employee of the said D sales facility.”

2. At around 10:00 on June 30, 2013, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim C (the age of 37) and threatened the victim with “not being able to recover the photograph, unless the photograph is restored,” which is a law and grow up as soon as possible, and as soon as the thrix of tax base of the correctional institution, would inflict harm on the body or life of the victim.”
