Reasons
Criminal facts
On April 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon method, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 26, 2014.
1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) provided that the Defendant, even though he is not a narcotics handler, provided that he/she administered and she was not guilty of the following:
A. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.05g of crypoids (i.e., one-day crypphone; hereinafter “cypphones”) within the Defendant’s car parked on the road adjacent to Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan; and (b) administered them using a disposable injection device to put them into one’s arms.
B. On November 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philopon in the Defendant’s house, Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, Down-gu, 202, by dilution with clopon into aquatic water, using a single-use injection device to put in injection into his arms.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philopon at the home of the Defendant, 202, with a single-use injection device, using a single-use injection device.

On March 27, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into one’s arms by dilution from the Defendant’s house 202, with a single-use injection device.
E. On March 27, 2017, around 14:10, the Defendant filed a lawsuit by inserting approximately 0.05g of philopon from the Defendant’s home at the Defendant’s office to a single-use injection machine into a single-use injection machine and keeping it in the inner part of a household.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms Explosives, Etc., without obtaining permission from the head of the competent police station from March 2016 to March 27, 2017, kept the blade (28.5cm in length on the blade) in the Defendant’s passenger car from March 2016 to March 27, 2017.
