1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants engaged in insurance business, etc. concluded each of the following insurance contracts with D’s insured and beneficiary of death insurance as statutory inheritor.

(1) Insurance policy holder of a non-dividend-type group accident insurance (insurance: Defendant Samsung Fire; hereinafter referred to as " Type 1 insurance"): The insured of Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd.
