A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 2785"

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant, at around 11:07, driven a BWstar knicking vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road of the Lberb loan 447-17, in the flue Gam Gam-ri, the Gam-si, the Gam-si, the Gam-si (UP) of Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the same Gam-ri in the same Dorop-ri, in the section of approximately 6km, from the front road of the same Dorop-ri.

2. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license as indicated in paragraph (1), and was discovered as a violation of C Assistants belonging to the Eunpyeong Police Station on the front of the Hemyeong Village located in the Pyeong-gu, Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, on June 11, 2017; and (b) stated D’s resident registration number (E) as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s resident registration number; and (c) signed F’s signature in the “F” in the column for the driver’s signature of inquiry as a result of regulating the unauthorized driving of a mobile device (PDA).

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the above D's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.

3. The Defendant: (a) forged the above D’s signature at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (2); and (b) exercised the above portable Information Terminal (PDA) as if it was duly formed with the said C Assistant Inspector without knowledge of the fact.

No person of "2018 Highest 4555" shall intermediate another person's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for communications of a third person.

Nevertheless, on January 2018, the Defendant would pay KRW 20,000 per unit if he/she transferred a core chip by opening a prior chip through a prior chip from a person without the name that he/she became aware of at the Internet lending site.

“After receipt of the proposal, it consented, and around that time, the mobile phone agent opened the prepaid phone (G, UNcom) at an irregular mobile phone agency and sold the core chips to the above person without his name.
