A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

"2019 Highest 1384"

1. At around 17:40 on May 16, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s D(27 years of age) from the PC room “C” of the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province B and the third floor “C”, with the victim’s seat at the victim’s seat at the level of 100,000 won, and the cash 4.60,000 won, which was contained in the victim’s seat at the victim’s seat.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

Around 14:00 on September 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim J (the age of 43) located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 25, 2019, the Defendant was at the convenience point of the operation of the victim J (the age of 43).
