Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:00 on January 28, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the following grounds: (a) 5 to 6 police officers, such as the victim security D, who were dispatched to the said place after receiving the 112 report; (b) the victim’s “damage caused” among the victim’s owners, employees, E, and customer F, who are not aware of the victim’s name; and (c) the victim’s Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Ma-gu, the victim read “if the victim was suffering from damage.”

2. At around 02:15 on the same day as set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by 30 minutes of a 30-minute, stating that “Is the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” among other police officers.
