Defendant
A On April 15, 2015, the Incheon District Court has been sentenced to two years of suspended execution for six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court.
4. 23. The judgment became final and conclusive.
Defendant
A A serving as a boiler repair engineer from July 2013 to May 2014, 2014 at “F”, a boiler company, and operated a boiler repair company from around October 2014 to “H” in the name of the Gu and America. Defendant B assisted Defendant A’s above boiler repair engineer from around February 2014 to the end of April of the same year, and served as an employee of the said “H” from around November 2014.
On April 23, 2014, the Defendants received the direction of the above “F” and checked the boiler at the home of the victim I (the age of 72), and discovered the fact that the victim is the senior citizens living together with the victim and the victim was under the influence of judgment due to depression, etc. so that excessive repair costs are easily accepted even if the victim requested excessive repair costs, and the Defendants were to obtain the money from the victim as boiler repair costs.
1. On September 22, 2014, Defendant A found the victim I (n, 72 years of age) at the house of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and concluded that, although the boiler repair cost was merely about KRW 80,00,00,000 of the boiler repair cost, Defendant A made a false statement to the effect that “The boiler was in need of repair and repair of the boiler, and the repair cost would cut off the boiler.”
The Defendant received 600,000,000 won from the victim as the boiler repair cost and received 6 million won from the victim, and received 23,90,000,000 won in total as the boiler repair cost from the victim by means of small-scale repair or acceptance of the boiler repair cost at least seven times, such as the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
2. At around 13:00 on May 23, 2015, the Defendants, in collusion, should replace the boiler to the victim at the victim I’s home.
