Defendants are not guilty. The summary of this judgment is publicly announced.

1. Defendant A is the representative director of Company E, and Defendant B is the standing director of the said Company.

From around August 2009 to January 201, the Defendants developed “M”, which is a boiler that goes beyond the rule of energy influencies, using innovative new technologies, with the effort of two years from our company and approximately KRW 2 billion research and development costs, among the above offices of the company located in the F building 302 in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. This boiler can reduce electricity rates of 30 to 40% compared to the existing electric boiler, and is environmentally friendly products, which have a strength to restore the boiler to their health due to a fluorous phenomenon, and the water inside the boiler has a fluoric effect on the crops. Our company has already conducted certain experiments in the manufacturing company of weapons in Ycheon-gu and has received a large amount of technical cooperation from each floor of the boiler, thereby obtaining profits from using the boiler as a regular inspection agreement. It also goes beyond the bounds of the total composition of the boiler.”

However, in light of the fact, around 2008, Defendant B imported the boiler from Russia Co., Ltd., Ltd., a boiler manufacturing company, and sold the boiler under the name of “N boiler” after altering the number and form of diskss of the boiler and the length of the stoves, the boiler installed Defendant A and E, and the boiler manufactured the boiler in a short period of time by changing the number and form of the disks and the length of the stoves to the aforesaid “N boiler,” and did not constitute an effort for two years and research and development costs of KRW 2 billion, as notified the victims.

In addition, the boiler is the existing electric boiler.
