Punishment of the crime

From June 2012, the Defendant, from around Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, received accommodation from “B” to “C” and “D,” and was introduced from “C” and “E”. The Defendant was introduced from “C” and “D”.

While the Defendant borrowed the name of “B”, “C”, “D”, or “E” to purchase an apartment under the name of the Defendant and provided it as a security and acquired a loan, the Defendant offered the victims of real estate to receive a loan to the victim F working as a certified judicial scrivener, and offered the funds to obtain trust from the victims by paying the money to the victims.

On November 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the H Authorized Broker Office located in Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G on November 1, 2012; and (b) at the H Authorized Broker Office, the said “E” requested the victim F to register its business with the victim F; and (c) there is a lack of KRW 20 million in the remainder to purchase the apartment of 20,000,000 from the buyer J.

A loan of KRW 20 million shall be repaid 15 days after 15 days.

“The purpose was to make a false statement, and Defendant India made such false statement, and set up a loan certificate for the remainder of the apartment, and paid it to the victim.

However, at the time, the Defendant did not have any property as a know-how, and did not have any intent or ability to repay the above borrowed money, since he did not have any property as a know-how at the time, and only borrowed money in the name of the purchaser of the real estate at a certain price.

The Defendant, in collusion with “B”, “C”, “D”, and “E”, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 20 million from the injured party as a loan.
