Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, between D, E, F, and G, was in charge of real estate as collateral and soliciting real estate buyers and secured loan holders; F was in charge of providing false employment and income documents, etc.; G was in charge of providing real estate security loan for the purpose of receiving money in trading and lending contracts for the purpose of receiving money in the absence of an intention to purchase apartment; G was in charge of purchasing apartment on the ground of false purchase title; and acquired real estate security loan from financial institutions using false employment and income documents, etc.; and conspired in order to divide the money by fraud.

As a result, Defendant, F, and D, along with G introduced through E, will be able to normally repay the loans and interest, and directly reside after having terminated the previous lease contract in relation to the evaluation of apartment security value, at the I Authorized Brokerage Office located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Young-gu, 201, G to purchase K apartment amounting to KRW 245 million from J, 1906,000,000,000,000,000,000.

“The” made an application for a loan to the effect that the loan was made.

However, in fact, Defendant D, F, and G did not have the intent or ability to repay the above loans, and G did not actually reside in the above apartment and did not intend to pay to the above apartment and purchase the apartment by paying to the aboveJ only the difference after deducting the deposit amount of KRW 170 million from the purchase price under the condition that they succeed to the previous lease without actually residing in the above apartment.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, F, E, and G, deceivings the victim as above, and is 182 million won as a loan from the victim on the same day.
