1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

(1) The Company may terminate this contract simultaneously with not paying insurance money when the cause for the payment of insurance money occurs in any of the following cases:

1. Where the insured has intentionally impaired himself/herself, but this shall not apply where the insured has impaired himself/herself in a state of mental illness, and where he/she commits suicide after two years from the date of commencement of liability (in cases of an inevitable contract, the date of reinstatement) of the contract, or has become a state of disability of Grade I in the disability classification table;

(AnnexB) Disaster listed in the disaster classification table means an accident resulting from a contingency (Provided, That if a person who has a disease or physical disorder suffers from a minor external factor or has aggravated symptoms, the minor external factor shall not be considered as a contingency accident) which is classified as follows:

* This Classification is based on the Korean Standard Disease Disease Classification (Enforcement Decree of the Statistics Korea, No. 1993-3, January 1, 1995), “the person suffering from or died of a disease”. In the event that the insured becomes a disability of class 1 in the category of “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” or “traffic accidents other than “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” due to a direct cause other than “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” or the condition of class 1 in the classification of death or disability except “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” due to a death or disability of class 1 in the list of marks of the death or disability except for “traffic accidents on board the vehicle”, or the condition of class 1 in the classification of death or disability except for “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” due to a direct cause other than “traffic accidents on board the vehicle” under Article 10 (Kinds and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money in attached Table 1).
