Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2016 High 679" shall infringe on any property right protected under the Copyright Act or any other copyright law by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or secondary preparation of copyrighted works.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. In the Daegu-gu building on February 16, 2016, and in the 103 Dong 2502, the “G” written indictment for the victim C, the copyright holder, is the clerical error in the “C”.

“D” display and distribution to enable many and unspecified persons to download a file on file-sharing website (http:/sedisk.com/com/) without the permission of the victim so that the victim’s copyright may be infringed upon by displaying and distributing the file so that many and unspecified people may download it;

2. On February 20, 2016, around the said residence, the victim’s copyright is infringed upon by displaying and distributing a “F” novel file on the file and website (htp://ftilewa.com) without the victim’s permission, a copyright holder, in order to download the file so that many and unspecified people can download the file;

3. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place of residence, displayed and distributed a file of “H” in the file-sharing website disc (htp:/sedisk.com/com/) so that many and unspecified people can download the file so that he/she may download the file, thereby infringing on the victim’s copyright.

4. On February 2016, the Defendant, at the end of the same residence, displayed and distributed a small file of “J” on the file-sharing website (htp:/sedisk.com/) so that many and unspecified people can download the file so that they could download the file, and infringed on the victim’s copyright.

Anyone of the 2016 High 888" shall be a method of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or secondary preparation of author's property rights and other property rights protected by the Copyright Act.
