A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall infringe upon author's property right or other property rights protected pursuant to the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or preparation of a derivative work.

Nevertheless, the defendant "2014 Highest 1389"

1. On May 30, 2014, “C”, the Internet file sharing site, including distributing “C” the victim’s novel “E” without permission, to the “C”, the work of the victims indicated in the attached Form, as indicated in the attached Form No. 1, from May 2014 to July 2014, 124 times in total, as indicated in the attached Form No. 2014 to the Internet file sharing site, thereby infringing on copyright, and “2014 Highest 1408”

2. On May 30, 2014, at the Defendant’s house located in the Yansan-gu, Jeonju-si, the Internet file sharing site, “G” infringes on the copyright of the said victim by placing without permission the victim’s copyright on the part of “G”, “military caution time,” “military caution time,” “copis”, “Marmnis,” “Mr. Empis,” “Mr.r.r.r.r.r.r.r.r.r.r.,” “living”, “pensions,” and “pensions,” which are the Internet file sharing site.

3. On June 4, 2014, around the above residence, the victim’s copyright was infringed by placing the “H”’s copyrighted work, an online file sharing site, as the copyrighted work of the said victim, the novel “H is Einsan,” and “I am in the world without permission.”

4. On June 26, 2014, at the above H site’s residence, the said victim’s copyright is infringed upon by placing the said victim’s copyrighted work, i.e., a novel match theory, “management cost,” and “a press unit owner,” without permission, on the said H site.

5. From June 16, 2014 to July 3, 2014, attached Form 23 attached hereto, as shown in the list of crimes, such as where the victim corporation’s lut Media work (hereinafter “I”) is downloaded and distributed to “I”, which is an Internet file sharing site at the time of his/her residence, to “I”, which is an Internet file-sharing site at the time of his/her residence, without permission.
