Punishment of the crime
[Judgment of the court below] The defendant was engaged in the management of the building owned by the husband of the victim as a partner of the victim B (son, 62 years of age).
The defendant had a complaint against the victim on the ground that the victim did not want to pay a monthly wage and 30 million won of the business that the defendant intends to run.
On May 18, 2016, at around 01:10, the Defendant was arrested as a residential flagrant offender and was released on the same day on the same day by finding the victim's house located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu C Apartment 207 Dong 1702, and demanding the victim to pay the money.
