A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the punishment for fraud is exempted.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of business and damage to public documents at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 24, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 10, 201, and the execution of the punishment was completed at Seongdong-gu District Court on July 28, 201.

1. Intimidation;

A. At around 08:40 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed the attitude that the victim would have any harm to the victim’s body by stating that the victim would have repaid the credit amount in the “Ecafeteria operated by Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Victim D (A. 51 years of age)” means that the victim would have repaid the credit amount.

B. Around 09:00 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had been in contact with the victim G (24 years of age) in the Gangdong-gu Seoul F District; and (b) had been in contact with the victim before, and had been in contact with the victim, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “I would know whether I would know what I would you you have, you would see what I would you you would see, what I would see, what I would see, what I would do, and how I would see, what I would do, what I would see, and what I would die.”

2. The Defendant interferes with his duties;

A.
