A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) did not pay the PC user fee on April 22, 2013; (b) did not pay the PC user fee; (c) went to the above PC office located in Jeju-si Police Station C District of the Jeju-dong Police Station C District; and (d) D sent to D along with D police officers belonging to the police officer of the Jeju-dong Police Station C District of the Jeju-si Police Station; and (c) on the ground that D’s words “it is inevitable to pay the PC user fee to the Defendant, or to process the case without paying the PC user fee.” On the ground that D’s words “I am unable to do so due to this spath, because of spath, spaws, spaws, etc., caused the lawful execution of police officers’ duties in relation to the investigation of crimes.

2. The Defendant was arrested in the act of obstructing performance of official duties due to the act described in paragraph (1) and was released on April 23, 2012 on April 11, 2012, and the Defendant appealed that D arrested himself.

4. 24. 01:00경까지 여러 차례 위 지구대로 D을 찾아갔으나 자리에 없어 돌아왔다가 2013. 4. 24. 08:59경 다시 위 지구대에 찾아가 D을 만나게 되자 “야, 이새끼. 너 여기 있었구나”라고 욕설하며 오른손 바닥으로 D의 목을 1회 때리고, 다른 경찰관들이 이를 제지하자 “이 씨발놈들 밖에 나가면 하루에 한 놈씩 변사로 만들어 버리겠다. 좆까지마 이 개새꺄”라고 욕설을 한 다음 밖으로 나가 인근 식당 주변 공터에서 대못이 박힌 각목(길이 1m60cm , 두께 5cm )을 집어 들고 지구대 안으로 달려 들어와 D을 때릴 것처럼 위협함으로써, 위험한 물건을 휴대하여 경찰관의 지구대 상황근무에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
