A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Intimidation and Information and Communications Network Utilization;

A. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant sent text messages to the victim on the ground that the victim C(the age of 48) disregards himself/herself by using a mobile phone at an insular location at around 14:05, stating, “If he/she dies and gets dead of the he/she he/she gets dead of his/her he/she, he/she would be deprived of his/her he/she died of his/her he/she.”

B. On February 16, 2013, the Defendant sent text messages to the victim for the foregoing reasons using a mobile phone at an insular location at around 16:47, stating that “I do not have to die at present and throw away.”

C. On February 17, 2013, the Defendant sent text messages using a mobile phone at an unspecified place on the following grounds: (a) on the following grounds, the Defendant sent text messages stating, “I am able to see how you see with width, but I are waiting to die and wait.
