Punishment of the crime

Around August 20, 2013, the Defendant and CV, together with the Defendant of private document forgery at FH located in Daegu-gu FG, Daegu-gu, and CV, and CV, state to the Defendant the slick file of the PW’s resident registration certificate forged by the name in its name, and the Defendant stated in the subscriber column of the service contract form “PW”, “PX”, “PY BY Dong 403” in the customer address column, and “PW” in the applicant column, and signed by the name following the name.

Accordingly, the defendant and CV forged a new service contract in the name of PW, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

나. 위조사문서행사 및 위조공문서행사 피고인과 CV은 공모하여 2013. 8. 20.경 위 FH에서, 그 정을 모르는 올스타네트웍스 통신사의 성명불상 직원에게 PW 명의로 서비스가입신청을 하면서 위와 같이 위조한 PW 명의의 서비스신규계약서 및 위조된 공문서인 대구광역시 중구청장 명의로 된 PW에 대한 주민등록증 사본을 마치 진정하게 성립된 것처럼 팩스로 전송하는 방법으로 제출하여 이를 각 행사하였다.
