1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff operates an individual broadcasting station called “E (F)” from the Internet TV operated by African TV Co., Ltd. to the clinic called “D” from 2007 to the clinic.
B. The article “H” was posted at the above E-learning held by the Plaintiff, which the Plaintiff broadcasted (hereinafter “E”) and the ID used by the said writing was Defendant B’s “I”.
C. The article “K” was posted at the above E-learning shop, which the Plaintiff broadcasted, and the ASEAN used by the said author was Defendant C’s “L”.
On the other hand, M is N's children, while P is the children of Defendant C.

2. Determination
A. (1) As to the claim against Defendant B, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff was obligated to compensate the Plaintiff for the mental distress suffered by the Plaintiff due to the instant G G GW’s publication, but it is not sufficient to recognize that the Defendant prepared and posted the above bulletin as the above Defendant on the sole basis of the descriptions in subparagraphs 3-1, 2, and 3-1, 2, and 3, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Thus, the Plaintiff’s above assertion is without merit without having to further examine it.
(2) As seen earlier, the notice of this case Ger’s Ger’s insulting the Plaintiff in the “E” hold held by the Plaintiff at the time when the Plaintiff suffered liability for damages for the determination of the conjunctive cause of action (A) was posted. Defendant B is the person who prepared and posted the above notice using the Defendant’s ID, and Defendant B is the person who prepared and posted the above notice using the Defendant’s ID, and the Plaintiff suffered emotional distress due to the above notice posted on the Internet broadcast through which many and unspecified people have access.
