A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:27, 2018, at around 02:27, the victim C, operated by Sinsan-si, was at front of the mobile phone sales store; (b) laid concrete bricks on the front glass window of the store and broken the glass window; (c) attempted to steal the victim’s own market price in the store, which is equivalent to KRW 6,260,00,00 in total, including one cellphone 8 mobile phone devices and one cell phone devices, which were in the store due to intrusion into the store; (d) but did not commit an attempted crime without having the intent to arrest the police officer dispatched to the site upon receiving a report.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.

1. On December 1, 2018, around 19:42, the Defendant stolen food equivalent to KRW 5,800 in total market price, including one cans, using a boom in which surveillance by the victim E is neglected, at the F convenience store operated by the victim E in Busan Metropolitan City.
2. On December 13, 2018, at around 17:29, the Defendant stolen food equivalent to KRW 12,000 in total market prices, such as a flus cans and a cans, at the same place as in paragraph (1).
