Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2014, the Defendant had the following facts: (a) the Defendant had sexual intercourse with force on the part of February 23, 2014 demanded the victim to meet with the victim who became aware of through hosting as above; and (b) the victim had the victim’s refusal to read “the victim would face”.

On February 23, 2014, around 11:00 on February 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim to the eFna vehicle located in Ulsan-gu M, Ulsan-gu; (b) sent the victim’s body to the back side of the eFna vehicle located in the Defendant’s driving number; (c) sent the victim’s body onto the back side of the eFna vehicle in a four-to-faced fluor; (d) sent the chest into the part of the victim’s body; and (e) attempted to get off the victim’s fluor and panty by force; and (e) expressed the victim’s intention of refusal to get off the fluor; and (e) inserted the Defendant’s sexual flag into the part of the victim’s fluor.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.

2. On February 25, 2014, the day following the day when the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim as above, the Defendant told the victim to the effect that “I will see that I will have no day any time if I am soon at a time, I am, I am. On February 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on February 25, 2014, carried a victim of the above intimidation into the vehicle; and (b) parked at the NFna vehicle where the victim moved into the NF vehicle in the same location.
