A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2015, at around 20:0, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that the victim E (the age of 17 at that time) who is a juvenile through smartphone dialogue-type c apartment 107, 304, in the Defendant’s dwelling area, “I wish to sleep” (the age of 17 at that time) was “I wish to sleep.” On February 4, 2015, the Defendant accessed the victim, who was in front of the victim’s dwelling, was moving the victim into the Defendant’s dwelling using the FM5 car owned by the Defendant.

The Defendant: (a) brought the victim’s grandchildren to the head of the police station; and (b) brought the body of the victim to the victim with two descendants by driving the body towards the victim while he was sitting to the driver’s seat; and (c) brought the victim into force.
