1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,144,940 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 17, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. At the Defendant’s request from April 2018 to July 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) performed a new panel construction of a factory in the Chungcheong-gun C; (b) a new panel construction of a commercial building in the Chungcheong-gun D; (c) a military unit located in the Gangwon-gun; (d) a new panel construction of a new factory in the Ansan-si; (d) A new panel construction of a company E in the Ansan-si; (e) a new panel construction of a factory in the Ansan-si; (e) a new panel construction of a new factory in the law-based F; and (e) a new H new panel construction in the Yongsan-si; and (e) failed to receive the construction cost from the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid construction cost of KRW 35,144,940 and the delay damages.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deemed as private capital);
