On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for each of the construction works listed below (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant construction works,” and individually, under the sequence below, paid the construction work amount at the end of the following month at the end of the following month, and each of the warranty bond rates shall be 3% of the contract amount and two years after the completion of the warranty period, and the rate of liquidated damages shall be 1/1000 for each of the delayed days.

On July 1, 2014 from July 1, 2014 to August 31, 2014, 2014, among the construction works for the construction of a new factory in the AMF SP TV industry complex, Co. 1, Ltd., Ltd., the construction cost of the construction (including the additional tax) was KRW 192,50,000 among the construction works for the Dapccccc Camp factories, Co., Ltd. 2, May 29, 2014; from May 29, 2014 to August 30, 2014, the Plaintiff did not include the construction works for the Dpolle Corporation from among the new construction works for the Dpogp branch, Co. 3, Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 99,000,000 won to May 29, 2014 to July 31, 2014, the Plaintiff did not enter into consultation with Defendant 146,8050,7014.

The construction cost that reflects the above additional construction and non-construction (Provided, That as seen earlier, the construction cost of the part executed by the plaintiff has not been completed as the plaintiff did not complete the construction as to the second construction) and the construction cost that the defendant paid by January 27, 2015 are as listed below.

The original construction cost of the Corporation (excluding additional tax) plus (excluding additional tax) additional construction cost of KRW 1218,00,000 for the construction cost paid by the Defendant = KRW 48,937,400 for the original appraisal amount of KRW 17,415,00 for the construction cost of the line home room which was omitted from KRW 13,967,60 for the non-construction line construction cost of KRW 285,00 for the building cost of the outer wall board which was omitted from KRW 285,00 for the alteration of the appearance of the outer wall board which was omitted from KRW 40,070 for the construction cost of KRW 4,865.
