Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2013, at around 05:40, the Defendant driven a BM7 car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.196% from the 5km section from a place where it is impossible to know about a point less than 4km in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the roads front of the 4km Incheon Metropolitan Highway.
