Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2006, the defendant was issued a summary order of one million won by the Jung-gu District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of 1.5 million won by the Jung-gu District Court on January 16, 2008 for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On November 19, 2014, at around 22:13, the Defendant driven BS5 automobiles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1km from the 1km section from the road located in the Jinyang-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si, to the third-distance roads.
