1. The defendant is based on the transfer on October 5, 1998 to the plaintiff of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. The former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970 and repealed by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995; hereinafter “former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act”) for the purpose of contributing to the increase in the number of members’ agricultural production through the efficient maintenance, management, and use of farmland improvement facilities within the cooperative zone, and the implementation of a rearrangement project or farmland improvement project within the cooperative zone.

(2) The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008) were dissolved pursuant to Article 8 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 1999) and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on the same day comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda to the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005).

B. On 1945, public official who was released from Chang-gun’s reservoir establishment and transfer, etc., the “instant land number” is classified according to the number of each land indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land number”), and all of them are classified into “each of the instant land”.

2) On October 5, 1998, a farmland improvement cooperative was transferred to a plastic reservoir pursuant to Article 16 of the former Farmland Improvement Cooperatives Act (amended by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995 and repealed by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 1999; hereinafter the same) on October 5, 1998.

3. On 2007, the Do governor shall issue a certificate of the registration of agricultural infrastructure, which is an institution that installs, maintains, and manages the reservoir with the gender of the plaintiff.
