Punishment of the crime

The defendant issued a driver's license in the name of C on the alley-dong, Southern-gu, Busan, and then received a loan from C using this in the name of C, purchased the vehicle, and thought to open the mobile phone.

Around April 10, 2018, the Defendant forged a private document to issue a certificate of application for issuance of a resident registration certificate, and the event of the above investigation document, at the K community center located in the Busan Jung-gu, Busan, on April 10, 2018, entered the name, resident registration number, and domicile of C, which he/she became aware of through the driver's license of C in the form for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate, and submitted it to L.
