Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 10,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 as the price for sexual traffic, knowing that I (the age of 16) was a minor, known that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was a minor in Goyang-gu F through H’s “H” case in Goyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.

B. On February 2017 and March 2017, the Defendant paid 500,000 won as the price for sexual traffic in the “Gel” as stated in Section 1-A (hereinafter “Gel”) via the above I and twice.

Accordingly, the defendant had committed three times the act of purchasing the sex of the juvenile.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Juvenile Commercial Sex Acts) paid KRW 100,000,000,000 as the price for sexual traffic, knowing that the said I was a minor, under subparagraph 1001 of Article 209-dong 1001, Goyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing juvenile sex.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (sexual traffic) paid 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic to the L who became aware of through H’s holding app at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeyang-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
