Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim’s O (or 31 years of age) located in the Nasang apartment 103 604, Jinsi-si around 13:00, and (b) expressed the attitude that the Defendant would cause harm to the victim on the ground that the victim was not present, stating that the victim “I am good and good salm pathm security, women’s head and her mother’s head will not go against the other.”

2. 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 위반 피고인은 2011. 9. 7. 07:44경 서울 양천구 P건물 2층에서 자신의 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자에게 ‘넌 이 순간 이후 내 눈에 걸리면 죽어’, ‘이게 좋게 끝내려니까’, ‘좋말할 때 전화받아 마지막 경고다 회사가서 깽판치기 전에 다시한번 말한다 전화해 너 내가 누군 줄 알지 바로 전화해’라는 내용의 문자메시지를 보내고, 계속하여 같은 날 08:37경 같은 방법으로 ‘다시 한번 말하는데 다른 사람 피해주지 말구 전화해 너 회사 있는 거 다 알아 십 분 내로 전화해 올라가서 다 뒤집어 엎는다 회사 끝장이다 잘 생각해 현명하게 대처해 날 끝까지 피할 수 있는지’라는 내용의 문자메시지를 보냈다.

Accordingly, the Defendant repeatedly sent a letter that arouses fears and apprehensions through information and communications network to the victim.

3. At around 22:00 on September 14, 201, the injured Defendant: (a) at the seat of the KE928 Aircraft 29A, which started from the Italy from the Incheon International Airport; (b) on the ground that the Defendant refused to board the said aircraft due to a dispute with another person; (c) on the ground that the victim was on board the said aircraft to return to Korea even if the married person, the injured Defendant was able to take the victim’s face on one occasion with the hand floor; and (d) taken the victim’s hand on the left-hand hand while taking the bath.

As a result, the defendant needs to treat the victim for about 42 days.
