A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a coal plant in Seo-gu Incheon, and the victim D (n, 33 years of age) is a person who entered the country from August 2013 to non-professional employment (E-9) visa and worked in the above coal plant.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On September 2, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, following the victim, who works within the above factory, on his/her own loss, committed an indecent act by force.
