A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles B;

2. On December 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) within approximately 10km section from the front side of the Seo-gu Incheon Dong-dong to the place specified in paragraphs (1).
