A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B K7 automobiles

On May 7, 2019, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.167%, and changed the line to four-lanes while driving the five-lane road in front of the mountain valley three-lanes, which is located in 133 (Influence of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to three-lanes.

There are signals installed, and there are vehicles stopping in the atmosphere of the signal, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to follow the traffic signal for the person engaged in driving the vehicle, and to safely change the course while considering the surrounding traffic situation so as not to impede the normal traffic of other vehicles.
