Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, as the visually impaired persons, are members of the F Association, and the victim G (the age of 47) is the head of H organization I branch of the H organization.

On June 13, 2014, the Defendants, as an organization in charge of K, who is scheduled to host the J-si, appealed against the appointment of the said H organization, the president of the branch, and requested the market meeting at the aforesaid commemorative event site, and used loudspeakers to interfere with the progress of the event by using the loudspeakers with sounding about the records punished for embezzlement.

2. On June 13, 2014, from around 11:00 to around 11:30 of the same day, the Defendants expressed that “The J market was the J market, and that “The J market was unable to become the market. So doing so is well-consciled to the free pande, so as to be well-conscept.” The Defendants expressed their desire to “the year in which the money is removed from the KRW 1,000 is held, is dominated, and do so.” The Defendants tried to enter the event site on the top of the event site, thereby preventing the participants of the event from participating in the event, such as displaying stick to the preparation for the victim and holding a normal event.”

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's K event work by force.

3. The Defendants, along with the date and time indicated in Paragraph 2, had a hearing by multiple athletes at the place, and had a sound twice “the day for which the Defendant was removed and drinking KRW 0,000 won” using a loudspeaker, etc. with the victim’s voice.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with each other to damage the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

4. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) attempt to go up to the top in order for the victims to carry out commemorative rites at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
