1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine; 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:20 on December 11, 201, the Defendant’s insultd the Defendant: (a) on the ground that the Defendant: (b) five dong residents had subscribed to the Victim D’s life insurance in his/her own name and continued to pay the insurance premium without cancelling the request for cancellation even after having received the request from E; (c) on the ground that: (d) “I want to purchase the insurance in the name of the Dogate and the year south; (d) I want to take out the insurance in the name of the Republic of Korea; (d) I want to die; (e) the Defendant is a large voice; (e) “I want to put South Korea’s insurance and to take out the insurance premium in the name of the Republic of Korea.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to insult the victim.

2. Around December 19, 2011, the Defendant drafted a false complaint with the intent of having D obtain criminal punishment from the Defendant’s house located in the Changwon-si Mucompo-gu F, Changwon-si.

The above complaint states that "the complainant in collusion with E did not mean that the defendant D was the Dominian, but the defendant D did not have the complainant."

However, the facts are as shown in Paragraph 1, and the defendant insultd the above D, and the above D was accused of insulting the above E at the Msan-si Police Station located in the Msan-si, Changwon-si on December 12, 2011, and the above D did not mislead the defendant.

Nevertheless, on December 26, 2011, the Defendant submitted a written complaint to a staff member under his/her name at the Mapo-si Police Station located in Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and on January 20, 201, the Defendant made a statement of the complaint at the investigation and economic team office of Mapo-si Police Station and made a statement of the supplementary statement of the complaint at the above office on January 20, 201, and on December 16:20, 201, the Defendant made a complaint against D, stating, “I would like to put South insurance into the house before the house of Yongsan-gu, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and that D’s insultd D’s complaint, but he/she did not have any desire to do so to D, thereby making it difficult to do so.
