Reasons
1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of the pleadings as a whole in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 9:
On December 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with D who operates LbB store (hereinafter “instant burning store”) under the trade name of “C” on the leased building 401 in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “C”), and entered into an insurance contract for the said store with respect to the insurance period from December 22, 2014 to December 222, 2019, the insured D, the insured, and the amount of the insurance coverage, KRW 100,000,000, goods and semi-finished goods, KRW 15,000,000,000, internal facilities, KRW 30,000,000, and KRW 30,000,000.
B. (1) On December 9, 2015, around 03:21, 2015, the instant fire house, “E,” located under the heading Nos. 201 and 202 of the Sinyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, U.S. B building 201 and 202 operated by the Defendant, is called the instant fire store.
(C) The fire of this case was the fire of this case.
2) 2) The fire of this case suffered damages, such as damage to the interior facilities and equipment of the burning store of this case on the fourth floor of the building B.
C. As a result of the investigation into the instant fire site, the first reporter sent the following conclusions with respect to the place and location of the fire and the cause of the fire. The reason for the fire is as follows: (a) the first reporter witness, as a taxi engineer, waiting for customers from the shooting distance in front of the building, and reported in 119 to the 119th floor window of the fireproof building; and (b) the security guard was present at the top of the first floor of the underground floor, after hearing the fire bellium from the air room of the building, and going out from the second floor of the ground, and coming out of the second floor of the ground. The second floor E (the inside the head house) where the first fire occurred.
