1. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 162,845,295, Plaintiff B’s KRW 93,054,454, and each of the said money, the Defendant began on November 19, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 16, 1912, the land research division drafted during the Japanese occupation period, indicated that D having a domicile in Gyeonggi-do E-gun E-gun E-1,281 and KRW 2,230 (hereinafter “each of the instant circumstances”) received each assessment on February 16, 1912

B. Each of the circumstances of this case had gone through the procedure of partition, land category change, unit conversion, and change of the name of administrative district as shown below. Among the divided lands, the land category of this case was changed to “river” on May 1, 1969, and registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of the Republic of Korea on March 16, 196.

On March 13, 1962, N, who died on March 13, 1962, jointly succeeded to the shares of 6/12, the shares of 4/12, the shares of 4/12, the shares of 1/12, and the shares of 1/12, respectively.

After the death of July 29, 1986, N jointly inherited the wife of R and H, and the plaintiff A and H, who is his father and her father (the death of July 27, 1962, her husband and wife), T, his married, U, and V. TheO died on November 6, 199 and jointly succeeded to W, X,Y, Z, AB, and the plaintiff B.
